Pre-Natal Exercise Program

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but it can place significant demands on the body. Prenatal exercises help expectant mothers maintain their physical health and prepare for the challenges of childbirth and beyond.

Benefits of Pre-Natal exercises :

• Minimizes the postural and skeletal changes that occur during pregnancy.

• Improves posture and reduces common discomforts like back pain.

• Incorporates Yoga mindfulness and breathing techniques to deepen the connection between the mother’s body and her baby.

By focusing on body-mind connection, prenatal Pilates creates a safe and nurturing space for the baby to grow and prepares mothers for a smooth transition into motherhood.

Class Suitability:

These classes are safe for all stages of pregnancy, including those with complications.

• Helps the body recover its natural balance and rebuild strength after pregnancy and labor.
